I used to love you.
Five hundred years strong.
I used to hold you like this.

You used to know us.
We used to sing symposiums.
Strings aligned in trust.

Bleed your heart out, sole.
Staccato to legato;
Uneven strands calmed.

Do you feel naked?
Does your shame make it more so?
Your flaws unleashed, one…

Two, three… too much, hide.

‘Where are you Adam, my kin?’

‘I am naked here.’

I used to love you.
Your unnerving flaw is null.
Yes you. I love you.

I love you greatly.
I crave innate, creature born.
I love you! Love you!
