“It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.” ― J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone
So many of us are encompassed with tomorrow. I will do this tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what I will become in so and so years. Don’t mess with me today because you might regret it tomorrow.
In some other cases, many are engrossed in their ideas and don’t take action. I aspire to do this and so this and this is what I will do, but end up not doing it not executing things appropriately because you’re not taking the necessary actions.
Lastly, some work their dream and are so carried away by them and become Peter Pans that never grow. Sometimes, the best way to grow is to master the yo-yo game: let go and grip repeatedly. It is a new month. Don’t just make new year resolutions. Try to break down those resolutions into monthly tasks too!
Finally, live your life and have fun. You don’t need to feel guilty when you decide to take a break. The most important thing is learning when and how to pick it back up.
Happy new month! 😄
